Our History

The company was founded in 2013 by current Director Mark Scholes. “Before starting Big Ideas Consulting, I worked at AO.com as Commercial Manager. Initially managing Pricing Strategy and Operations, we increased sales and margin significantly. I was then asked to manage Marketing Strategy and Analytics to make it more data-driven which led to a much improved ROI. Before that I worked at Bank of America in various strategy based roles. My time there helped me develop my analytical approach and focus on commercial success. Now I combine my knowledge and experience of commercial strategy and online business with my drive for helping businesses succeed to help our customers deliver results.”
